HOW TO APPLY YOUR BINDER:

1. Hold the binder with the hook strip in your right hand and the label on the bottom right facing outward.
2. Stretch the binder to the desired compression and wrap around your body. Hold the elastic in place with your left hand.
3. Pull snug and secure the strip with your right hand.
4. Always check if the label is on the bottom right outside of the binder!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
