Instructions for Use

HOW TO APPLY YOUR BELT:

Unfasten side straps and wrap main belt around the widest part of your hips.
Stretch the belt to the desired compression and secure with the hook strip. Do not over tighten.
Tighten side straps to your preference to adjust compression and fasten them to belt fabric.
For best results, start wearing in the first 8 weeks after childbirth. Do not sleep in belt.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Before washing, engage hook and loop.
Wash cold with mild detergent. Dry flat. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not use bleach.
